We love bay windows – they open up a room and allow for more glass than a standard window but in there also lies the problem. They allow passers by to see into your living room or bedroom from pretty much any angle. So, when you need to control light and privacy at the same time, you need to find the ideal window covering. The solution is, of course, a plantation window shutter. Ideal for splay or square bays the shutters follow the natural line of your windows and due the ability to adjust the louvers independently you can angle the bottom section for privacy whilst allowing light to flood in through the top. Oh, forgot to mention, they look great too.
A great room needs great shutters. These full height shutters in conjunction with these full height windows really do look stunning. But apart from that they also serve a purpose. When you have multiple tall windows in a room you will suffer from two things; heat and privacy. By adding a midrail to these shutters you can control two banks of shutters individually and that means you can control privacy and light levels. We also made these shutter panels slightly different sizes so that they lined up with the windows bar. This ensured that from the outside everything lined up perfectly with the window.
This bathroom already looked amazing. We hope you agree that the shutters we added made it look even better. The shutters themselves are a specialist shutter for bathrooms and are totally waterproof. Made from an ABS composite these shutters also have all their hardware made in marine grade stainless steel to ensure that you have a shutter fit for purpose that will last for years.

Unlike many others we take production measurements during your home design consultation. No salespeople – just good, honest, advice.
Our consultants will bring product samples, large demonstration panels, colour swatches as well a tablet showing a large variety of our shutter installations to help you visualise your proposed shutter installation.
Our shutters are manufactured to our exacting specifications and that means to the millimetre. We can provide CAD drawings it required and this is especially useful for shaped shutters and French door shutters
All our fitters are trained and employed by the company. We don’t use sub-contractors.
The office will arrange a date and time for your home consultation. We take a production measure during the consultation – so only one visit is needed.
We will email a quote with each shutter itemised. We won’t sell to you in your home.
Let us know which shutters you would like to go ahead with and we will create an invoice. On receiving a 50% deposit we will place the shutters into production
Once we have sight of the delivery we will book in our fully employed fitters (they may even have been the original consultant that visited) for your install.
You will receive a post fit call from the office just to ensure you were pleased with the process from start to finish.
