There was a small issue on installation, a few tiny holes in the mastic/sealant that let light through (see photo), which isn’t ideal for blackout shutters. However, the communication was excellent throughout, and they were quick to respond and offer to come back and seal the gaps properly. They kept me informed at every stage, never once failing to update appropriately or proactively. It’s rare to feel so well looked after by a company these days, but they managed it effortlessly. ⭐ Installation Day — Exceptional in Every Way Then came installation day, and Lee — the installer — was an absolute delight. He arrived on time, introduced himself warmly, and talked us through exactly what he’d be doing, how long each stage would take, and what to expect. With ten windows to fit, it was no small job, yet he handled it with calm precision. • Professionalism — He was incredibly tidy, organised, and respectful of our home. • Communication — He updated us after each room was completed. • Attention to detail — Every shutter looks amazing. • Cleanliness — He even brought his own hoover, and by the time he left, you wouldn’t have known he’d been. At the end of the day, he apologised for a small amount of cardboard residue on the drive — something we genuinely hadn’t even noticed — and insisted he’d return first thing the next morning to sweep it. And he did. ⭐ Going Above and Beyond One of the ten shutters had been manufactured incorrectly — these things happen — but even this was handled beautifully. As part of his return visit the next morning, Lee installed a temporary blind so we weren’t left without coverage.
