We are able to offer different models of insect screens in order to provide you with a bug and insect free environment. All our fly screens are manufactured with a slimline aluminium frame and come with a fibreglass mesh. Our larger fly screen options also allow the option of integrating a blackout blind as well as a fly screen. The fly-screen itself also reduces UV and solar gain to an extent, but is not as effective as specialist screening products. Basic Insect-Screen For Windows

Our basic range is ideal for those who just want one of their windows in the recess to be covered. So very simply if you have a window with say 3 openers we would fit the insect screen over the one opener that you use most frequently to create airflow. The insect screen sits tight to the window as is only closed when the window is open.

Fly-Screen For Large Windows or French Doors

These larger frames are fitted to the window recess and cover the whole recess rather than an individual window. We can accommodate spans of 3m and a height of 3.5m. If you would like to include a room darkening blind in addition to the insect screen this is also possible. Due to the aluminium profiles and fibre glass screen the insect screen can also be mounted externally – this is ideal if you have inward opening doors.

Bug-Screen For Sliding or Bifolding Doors

For larger areas we have a specialist system that can cover spans of up to 12 meters. This is ideal if you have large sliding or bi-folding doors. We are able to split the insect screen – so if you wish to cover the majority of the doors and just leave an entrance gap in the middle you could pull the insect screens from either end. The bottom of the fly-screen has a low profile to reduce this risk of tripping.

Again, with this system, should you require an additional blackout blind, for say a bedroom, this can be added within the system with the insect screen pulling from one end and the blackout blind from the other.

Shutters With Integrated Insect-Screens

We also offer shutters with an integrated fly-screen for a seamless look. Our basis fly-screen is a good retro-fit product and in a large number of cases we install this behind existing  shutter ranges.
