Yes – just the one. No sales person – all our sales consultants fit shutters as well and so you not only get great advise but the production measurements taken by one of our sales consultant/fitters at the same time.
During your home consultation we will show you a selection of shutter materials, operation mechanisms, louvre sizes and colours. Large shutter panels will make it easy for you to see how shutters would look at your windows. During the consultation we will also have images of previous installs so to help you visualise your shutters.
Our shutters are made to measure and not off the shelf or cut to size. We even supply CAD drawings should a client require that – normally this would be for a special shape shutter or shutters for french doors, which require special shaping of the shutter itself.

The office will arrange a date and time for your home consultation. We take a production measure during the consultation – so only one visit is needed.
We will email a quote with each shutter itemised. We won’t sell to you in your home.

Once we have sight of the delivery we will book in our fully employed fitters (they may even have been the original consultant that visited) for your install.

We love bay window shutters. If you have a street facing home and are looking for internal plantation shutters then like our client you probably have some issues with privacy both from pedestrians and your neighbours. Shutters are great for splay bays and box bays as they follow the natural lines of the windows meaning the room feels spacious whilst you still are able to control privacy and light. They look stunning as well!
The great thing about slatted window covering such as shutters is that they play with light. How you adjust you shutter blinds means that light can be reflected on walls or ceilings and they bring light into the room – especially if you pick a light coloured shutter rather than a grey, for example. Choosing the right slat size is also key – you want a good proportion to the size of the shutter panel but also to maximise the light ingress into the room.
How do you make a stunning new bathroom look even better. We think waterproof shutters are the solution. Our bathroom shutters are made from a composite material and come with marine grade stainless steel hinges and can be left in running water without deteriorating. We would suggest you have these waterproof shutters in a pure white finish to match your sanitaryware.
The challenge here was not just the shaped shutters but the inward opening doors below. We designed these gable end shutters so that access to balconies and doors was easy. We specialise in large window shutters and shaped window shutters and have many images that we can show you of these types of installations meaning that you don’t have to hide those architectural shapes behind curtains.

You may have spotted a lovely review we had for some tier on tier shutters we installed. If you click the link you can scroll through some of these images. Having a great home always help set shutters off beautifully but we also belive shutters can transform rooms and add that final touch.
Tier on tier shutters work very well on large windows due to the fact that top and bottom rails (the non moving parts at the top and bottom of each panel) of the independent shutter panel sections do not dominate the window which they would do on much shorter, smaller windows.

Large bifolding or sliding doors are great but they have two main draw backs – heat and if you are overlooked then your neighbours can see you in the rooms that you probably use the most.
Tracked shutters allow you to control heat and privacy but also provide you with the option to totally slide the shutters out of the way. Have a look through some of the images and you will get a feel for what tracked or sliding shutters can do.
