Unlike many others we take production measurements during your home design consultation. No salespeople – just good, honest, advice.
Our consultants will bring product samples, large demonstration panels, colour swatches as well a tablet showing a large variety of our shutter installations to help you visualise your proposed shutter installation.
Our shutters are manufactured to our exacting specifications and that means to the millimetre. We can provide CAD drawings if required and this is especially useful for shaped shutters and French door shutters.
All our fitters are trained and employed by the company. We don’t use sub-contractors.
The office will arrange a date and time for your home consultation. We take a production measure during the consultation – so only one visit is needed.
We will email a quote with each shutter itemised. We won’t sell to you in your home.
Let us know which shutters you would like to go ahead with and we will create an invoice. On receiving a 50% deposit we will place the shutters into production
Once we have sight of the delivery we will book in our fully employed fitters (they may even have been the original consultant that visited) for your install.
You will receive a post fit call from the office just to ensure you were pleased with the process from start to finish.

Are they tricky to do? Well a shaped shutter and a track system have two different operating systems. So you have to be sure that you can get everything to line up and still be fully functional. Tricky window taken care of and now the customer can slide their lower shutters out of the way when they want to take in their majestic view in full. Or simply control solar gain and glare when needed.
