We have listed a number of our installations on the Houzz website. Please just follow the link below and you can see some of our installations in more detail. Unlike other companies these images are not stock images and unlike shutter franchises do not display other franchisees work or company stock photos. All these projects have also been reviewed on Houzz by the customers.
Our client's home is street facing and they were having issues with privacy not just at street level but also from the houses across the road. We installed bay window shutters that not only allowed for control of privacy but actually bounced light back into the room. It just seems that bay windows were made for shutters - they make the most of the space and add an elegant touch. Click here for our guide to bay window shutters. If you have a square bay click here.
Full height shutters are probably the most common shutters we install. The trend over the last few years has been for larger louvers - such as these 76mm louvers - and less panels giving a more contemporary look. As this customer's project shows - click here for the full project - you can mix a contemporary look with a traditional home. The mid-rail allows for the louvers to be adjusted separately top and bottom to maximise privacy and light. Angle your louvers to bounce the light into room.
This project had it all. Full height wooden shutters, waterproof shutters, special shape shutters and remote control blinds integrated behind shutters in the bedrooms and cinema room. If you are looking for a large scale project where your supplier pays absolute attention to the detail then look no further. This house in Winchester, Hampshire really shows how shutters can work well with a contemporary new home - click here for more details.
Just wanted to say thank you for the great job you made of my patio doors. The shutters look amazing and I love being able to control the light and heat levels in my sitting room.
Mrs McKenzie, Winchester.
Fantastic quality product, excellent service. Very happy throughout and with the finished article. The bay window especially has added that finishing touch to our new home.
Mr and Mrs Howell, Winchester
This client ordered shutters throughout their stunning new home, but was not sure what to do with the glass area around their front door. We knew what would look great, and we hope you agree. So – if you have a gable end or arched windows why hide these gorgeous architectural features behind curtains – let us enhance how they look.
Many of our clients have large bi-fold door runs and this large expanse of glass can either act like a goldfish bowl, allowing neighbours to see their daily lives, or, if south facing turn the room into a blazing inferno. These tracked bifold shutters allow the shutters to be concertinaed out of the way when needed.
